Ensure your bat is in its original, unused condition with the factory shrink-wrap intact; custom bats and used items are generally not eligible for return.

Contact our heavy-hitting customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your item in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing at our facility.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
